We use the contract text you paste or upload only to generate your scan report and to improve our clause database (e.g. to improve pattern matching). We do not sell or share your contract content with third parties for marketing or other purposes. We may retain minimal metadata (e.g. that a scan was run) for billing and product improvement.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that flagged clauses are legally problematic. Use at your own risk.
